Setelah meredanya kasus Covid-19 yang sudah menyerang satu dunia termasuk Indonesia selama ±2.5 tahun, masyarakat mulai menjalani kehidupan dengan normal, salah satunya adalah dalam hal hiburan. Konser musik hiburan memiliki andil besar di Indonesia. Dengan berkembangnya zaman, penjualan tiket konser banyak bekerja sama berbagai platforms agar melakukan secara online. Blibli merupakan e-commerce sering promotor untuk konser. Namun, konsumen masih memberikan kritik terkait kualitas website dimiliki karena seringkali down. Tidak hanya itu, layanan pun diperbincangkan oleh belum maksimal. Dua tersebut menjadikan tidak puas atas kinerja Blibli. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Website Quality terhadap User Satisfaction dimediasi Service pada Jenis penelitian ialah kuantitatif menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Total responden 400 kriteria pernah pembelian Teknik sampling dipakai non-probability dan skala likert. Analisis data PLS (Partial Least Square) memakai software SmartPLS 3.
